Who we are & What we do!

Troop Meetings

The Great Outdoors

Troop Activities

Our Troop meets weekly, on Thursday evenings. During these meetings, we plan activities and events, work towards scouting advancements, learn leadership and team building skills, and how to be good Scouts!

Troop Activities

The Great Outdoors

Troop Activities

Troop 43 plans a fun group outing activity each month. Some of the things we have planned in the past were Pumpkin & Apple picking, a visit to a trampoline park, Klondike Derby, Mass Jam scout jamboree, and of course, camping and hiking!

The Great Outdoors

The Great Outdoors

The Great Outdoors

Essential to Scouting - enjoying the Great Outdoors! Our scouts learn to not only enjoy the outdoors, but to respect it. We do lots of hiking and camping, as well as learning environmental, safety and survival skills.

Fundraising

The Great Outdoors

The Great Outdoors

The Troop works together to raise funds for things like camp, merit badges, equipment and more. We sell shortcakes and other treats at the Woodstock Fair each summer. Be on the lookout for other fundraising events like Christmas Wreath sales, chocolate bar sales, dinners and more!

Service

Summer Camp

Summer Camp

Part of the Scouting program requires scouts to earn service hours. Troop 43 is always looking for ways to help our community. This year, our Scouts assisted the Amarante Family in setting up their Christmas display!
